DESCRIPTION:Starting from March 1\, 2024\, the National Museum of Art of Ro
 mania will have a new visiting schedule\, designed in accordance with the 
 needs and preferences of the public. Therefore\, to offer the public the o
 pportunity to access the most important art heritage in Romania throughout
  the entire week\, as well as for extended access on weekends\, the exhibi
 tion spaces within the structure of the National Museum of Art of Romania 
 will be open for visitation as follows:\nThe main headquarters\, the Zamba
 ccian Museum\, and the Theodor Pallady Museum will be open Wednesday throu
 gh Friday from 10:00 to 18:00\, and Saturday to Sunday from 11:00 to 19:00
 \, closed on Monday and Tuesday. The first Wednesday of the month offers f
 ree entry.\nThe Museum of Art Collections will be open Friday through Tues
 day from 10:00 to 18:00\, and Saturday to Sunday from 11:00 to 19:00\, clo
 sed on Wednesday and Thursday. The first Friday of the month offers free e
 ntry.\nThe central headquarters of the National Museum of Art of Romania i
 s located in the former Royal Palace on Calea Victoriei\, being the most i
 mportant art museum in the country with an impressive artistic heritage\, 
 including the Gallery of Old Romanian Art\, the Gallery of Modern Romanian
  Art\, the Gallery of European Art\, the Gallery of European Decorative Ar
 t\, and the Historical Spaces.\nThe Museum of Art Collections brings toget
 her in a single institution (the former Romanit Palace) the donations made
  over the years by collectors with outstanding merits in preserving artist
 ic heritage\, being unique in the Romanian museum landscape. The arrangeme
 nt aims to restore the original configuration of each collection\, illustr
 ating the phenomenon of collecting in Romania.\nThe K.H. Zambaccian Museum
  presents over 310 works from the famous collection of the merchant Krikor
  Zambaccian\, consisting of masterpieces of modern Romanian painting and s
 culpture\, alongside canvases signed by renowned French artists such as De
 lacroix\, Corot\, Renoir\, Sisley\, Pissarro\, Cézanne\, Picasso\, and Mat
 isse.\nHosted in the oldest house in Bucharest (Casa Melik)\, the Theodor 
 Pallady Museum exhibits the art collection of Serafina and Gheorghe Răut\,
  friends and admirers of Theodor Pallady. Alongside paintings and graphic 
 works signed by Pallady\, the collection also includes European painting\,
  Greco-Roman\, Egyptian\, and Indian ancient sculpture\, furniture pieces\
