DESCRIPTION:The series of meetings 'BookHub at MNAR: Readings with Nona Rap
 otan' continues this year at the National Art Museum of Romania. The Febru
 ary 2024 edition will take place on Saturday\, 17 February 2024\, at 11.00
  am\, at the Museum of Art Collections\, Calea Victoriei 111.\nThe guests 
 are Cosmin Dragomir\, culinary historian\, Adriana Sohodoleanu\, PhD in so
 ciology and Mihail Coșulețu\, artist and creative director at Humanitas Pu
 blishing House. The books proposed for debate will be: 'Curatorul de zacus
 că' and 'Colectionarul de sarmale'\, both written by Cosmin Dragomir\, 'No
 ua bucătărie românească'\, Adriana Sohodoleanu's book and 'Intelectuali la
  cratiță'\, by Ioana Pârvulescu\, illustrated by Mihail Coșulețu.\nThrough
  the dialogue between Nona Rapotan and the three guests\, the audience wil
 l have the opportunity to discover and understand what lies behind consume
 r habits\, what gourmet cuisine means\, how necessary culinary histories a
 re\, how the illustration for a culinary book is made\, but also how the t
 hree guests see the relationship between culinary art and fine art.\nHeld 
 regularly at the museum\, the 'Bookhub at MNAR: Readings with Nona Rapotan
 ' meetings are a platform for mediating between books and fine art\, in th
 e company of personalities from the cultural sector.\nNona Rapotan is edit
 or-coordinator of the Bookhub.ro project\, being one of the recognized pro
 fessionals in the publishing field\, with an openness to related cultural 
 areas.\nCosmin Dragomir won the attention of readers with his first book ”
 Curatorul de zacuscă”\, a publishing success\, then published ”Colecționar
 ul de sarmale”\, a book that arouses the curiosity of gourmets and lovers 
 of culinary curiosities. In 2017 he launched gastroart.ro the first specia
 lized magazine dedicated to researching the history of Romanian gastronomy
  and hospitality.\nAdriana Sohodoleanu holds a PhD in sociology\, with her
  recently published thesis”Noua bucătărie românească”. She has contributed
  articles to publications such as Oxford Food Symposium's Proceedings\, Di
 lema Veche\, Iscoada\, Zile si Nopti and others. He is co-author\, with Co
 smin Dragomir\, of a book of historical dessert recipes\, and has weekly a
 ppearances on Radio Romania Cultural's ”Cultura la farfurie”.\nMihail Coșu
 lețu is an artist and creative director at Humanitas Publishing House. He 
 has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions. At Humanitas Publ
 ishing House he illustrated the volumes: Ioana Pârvulescu (ed.)\, ”Intelec
 tuali la cratiță” (2012)\; Pisicoteca practică a lu' Moș Pârșu răsădită în
  sol autohton” by Florin Bican (2014)\; ”Platon\, Dialoguri socratice” (20
 15)\; Vladimir Tismăneanu\, Ciprian Măceșaru\, ”Trei sute de ceaușești lil
 iputani” (2016)\; ”Aristofan\, Trei comedii” (2017)\; Antoine de Saint-Exu
 péry\, ”Petit prince” (2017)\, Ioana Pârvulescu\, ”Prevestirea” (2020). Sh
